The purpose of this class is to provide informed guidance and inspiration along your path of listening inside so you may be more in tune with your own intuitive guidance within.  Yoga isn't about being flexible. Yoga was more so created to calm the fluctuations of the mind. There are countless benefits from practicing yoga, including pain reduction, improved stress management, improved circulation, better body alignment, awareness of breath-body-mind connection, the list goes on! 


We offer one on one sessions and Small Group Yoga classes.
